Booking informations

Deposit:
A deposit needs to be made at the time of making the booking. You will get detailed information on this together with your booking confirmation. 

Payment:
Please transfer the remaining amount online in advance or pay in cash at the location. (No Credit Cards) We recommend that you take a travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions:

• 3 months before arrival date - free of charge
• 1 month before arriving-day - 40 %
• 1 month – 1 week before arriving-day - 80 %
• last week before arriving-day - 90 %
• in the event of early departure, late arrival or fewer people in the room than reseved - 100% charge

Hotel contractual conditions:
By making the reservation, you accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) that apply to us. The right of withdrawal from  §18 Abs. 1 Z10 FAGG does not apply. Place of jurisdiction Landeck / Tyrol. Errors and omissions excepted.

Check-in/Check-out:
You can move into the room from 2.30 p.m. In the event that you are arriving after 7.00 p.m we kindly request you to inform us of this briefly by telephone.
Check out on the day of departure no later than 10.00 a.m.

Parking space:
During your stay, 1 parking space per room is made available free of charge. If you are coming with more than 1 car, we are not able to guarantee any more parking spaces - we kindly ask for your understanding in this.

You can use the parking spot at the arriving time at 2.30p.m until the check-out time from 10.00a.m. If you want to ski on the departure or arriving day, you have to park the car on a public parking place.
